One of the most important aspects of good buoyancy, is the ability to control depth, ascents, and descents thus reducing risk from decompression injury.
Additionally, it reduces air consumption, protects our delicate reefs making it more an enjoyable diving experience. This workshop(lab) we will take our time and focus on the art of proper weighting techniques, neutral buoyancy, kicking, and as a bonus you get an introduction to “full facemask”.
